"These Things Happen" Really !?

3 times in last 4 months, major damaged to a package.

I personally think....KNOW its the workers lack of interest and just plain HARDEGAT attitude. Its now stuff everything of value in SA time. Who wants to keep their job >

[1] Package littered with Fragile, Glass content stickers . Was obviously at the bottom of pile and crushed. Perspex cracked

[2] This is a horror. I boxed an opera audio CD Player VERY VERY carefully. Compressed foam etc. I ship 90kg amplifiers like that overseas and they were fine. The Played is DENTED both sides. you can clearly see the box was thrown out of the truck. To dent through 4 inches of foam and rubber. You can see the abuse the box took. whole box skew.

[3] Another box mangled. thank goodness I could re-assemble the turntable inside and fix.

Their response - too bad. My risk and like Pink Floyd says: "Please go fff yourself", and "These things happen" - Really ? .

THIS is the part that upsets me, the total lack of worry or ownership. FedEx and DHL (being non SA) will never do that. they are admired for customer service.

So The Courier Guy - another sad South African story ? Yeah
