There are reasons they are cheap - because customer service is not included

Be warned. Do not use this cheap courier. There is a reason they are cheap: they do not know what customer service is. The courier guy loses packages, delivers to wrong people, damages packages and then takes forever(months) to sort the issues out. Packages sent out on 13 December were billed, but some not delivered, some missing, and some delivered to wrong people. Because we refuse to pay for the multiple deliveries they messed up, they refuse to pick up pre-paid packages, even after they committed collect them.

The kiosk staff always shift the blame, and are in general ****y and arrogant.

Learn from our mistakes, and do not use them. There are many other courier services, maybe fractionally more expensive but by far more reliable.
