There are better couriers out there

Just had the most horrible experience ever with a delivery. Without any previous calls or missed calls from him, I received a call from their driver, raising his voice to me, saying that there is no-one at my house and putting the phone down in my ear. I'm so shocked, I'm just sitting here. I called the Courier Guy support number and the operations supervisor for Kempton Park (Lungelo). Both times I requested the manager, Alister Coetzee to call me, but nothing. They simply don't care. Times have moved on, there are better couriers out there.
