Their pin system doesn't work, they deliver your parcel to anyone.

They have a pin system for delivering your parcel. It doesn't work, any one can get your parcel never mind the pin. Got the morning my pin and parcel out for delivery and knowing after 5 o'clock i am not going to receive it today, i find it says delivered. To who ?, because i gave no one my pin. And i see a few speak of a rude lady, they are correct. Unhelpful and rude, so they have no customer care in mind. And complaining doesn't seem to work. The only solution is i would advise anyone not to use them, because i am going to all my suppliers and request they must use another service ,and not the courier guy is the only way i would receive my goods with peace of mind.
