Theft from Courier Guy

I was depositing a package into the Pudo kiosk and the locker was small, it gave me an option choose a bigger locker which I did. The package contained perfumes.I ended up strugglig and my package tore, while trying to fix and change plastics, the locker door closed and closed both my packages inside, 1 being opened. I reported it and was told the driver will be informed to package it properly upon collection. The package was collected but when it arrived at the destination, 5 perfumes were ****** out of the 60 that was sent. I reported it and sent pictures as proof, i even sent an email and no one has since responded. So theft is not taken seriously from Pudo The Courier Guy (LOCK**********7)
