******** THEFT The contact centre is useless and dont know what they are doing,. Some of them have never seen the website and as such give WRONG information. So I follow the information. OOOPS WRONG. Now I have an account I do not want. I get a quote, but now, due to incompetence, I must prepay/load funds on to my account. I do this. I have to do the whole process again. but this time, my quote/invoice is less... So now I have a positive balance on an account I did not want. I have requested te account be closed and the balance returned. to be told.... in writing...
