Theft

After two months, The Courier Guy have failed to take responsibility for losing one of my products. After finding proof of collection, the supervisor stated she would investigate. She then admitted the product was lost, promised to pay the value back. My invoice gets ignored. My calls get ignored. Even the supervisor’s manager doesn’t follow through with promises to get back to me. Unreliable services! They seem to think I’m going to just forget about this. This is theft!!!
