Theft at Pudo

I wish i can give zero starrs, it took a week for them to realise my parcel is gone. And when it arrived at the locker, it was ****** which means someone opened my parcel. Was fragrances R400 and they wantes to refund me R60 for the purchase. After waiting a week I needed, to send them the requested documents to pay me a R60 which i think is bogus!!!!!! Stil mad!!!!
