Theft and Lies

<p>Appalling lack of accountabily and responsibility. 2 parcels collected - one delviered, alledged theft of a 20kg box from the back of the van! However no one contacted me and when I started questioning why this had not been brought to my attention - the run around started. The parcels were collected by a 3rd part driver contracted to them.... no tracker in the vehicle???? The one parcel was scanned in - but no one noted that the 2nd parcel was missing ???? No one accepts responsibility for the theft or for not contacting me.</p> <p>The parcel contained the life possessions of an elderly gentelman who is moving to Gauteng, nice one explaining that all his possessions including his medical records and his prosthesis are never going to be recovered.</p> <p>Theft is certainly not uncommon, however the manner in which this has been handled by the Courier Guy leaves much to be desired and their systems and process are highly questionable, not to mention their integrity or lack of it. They do not deserve to be in business, and I certainly would NEVER recommend their services to anyone.</p> <p>Distressing and disgusting to say the least... </p>
