TheCourierGuy: Bad service

1. I had emailed and asked thecourierguy to pickup several item for me in PE and deliver it to me in George ( I had supp**** both addresses). When it arrived here, I was told to come and pick it up at their main depot. I was then told that they do not do that kind of service for a non account customer ( had they told me upfront, i would have gone to another company ..I have sevral emails that i received form them, and not once did they say that they cannot deliver to the destination of my choice) 2. I had made an EFT into their acc 2 nights prior to the time I was able to pick up my consignment..never asked for a POP as I thought that my SMS report from the bank was sufficient..It was not...I had placed an immediate clearance upon the monies..after several calls I was told that their policy does not allow them to release without a POP. I then asked them if they would ask their acc just to go online and check and see that they money was in at a certain time/Date and that I had used the waybill number as requested..they refused..I asked to speak to the senior manager..they refused..i asked for a name..they refused to give it to me..I did try and get a POP, but my banking institutions app does not allow a person to reprint..consequently I asked them what I must do in this case..they threw policy into my face ..no attempt was made to meet me half way..needless to say, i will not be referring this company to my friends..in fact I will bad mouth them to all and sundry
