The worst service- The Courier Guy

I had a bad experience with the courier guy. They are only worried about making money and not delivering on time. I paid for an overnight courier service, from Durban to Witbank and on the day of delivery I was told that the parcel is still in Johannesburg because Durban branch is did not send it on time.

I have been transfered from one department to the next. A lady said they will call me back, but they did not. No one is taking responsibility and no one is apologizing. The contact centre agents are contradicting themselves like they were not trained. One tells me they do not do overnight deliveries to regional places, the other one says they do. Now my question was: Why the system allows customers to book overnight deliveries to regional areas if they do not do these kind of deliveries.

I'm Soo disappointed. No one is telling me if I will get my refund for paying for a service I did not recieve. I'm never going to use The Courier Guy
