THE WORST SERVICE, IF YOU CAN CALL IT A SERVICE, I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!

On Monday, the 08th of July 2019, early in the morning I requested that an item be couriered overnight from Warden to Bloemfontein in the Free State! Spoke to Antoinette at the Bloemfontein Branch. She gave me an undertaking that the Item will be collected on the same day, being Monday. Phone her the next day to follow up, she cannot give me an answer. I only get an answer from her on Wednesday morning that the Item was never picked up!!! The Item was eventually picked up on Wednesday! Come Thursday afternoon the Item is in Joburg!!!! Last feedback from Antoinette today is that the Item will be in Bloem on Friday!!!! 4 freaking days to deliver a Soft Toy that does not even weigh 1kg!!! I have never ever received such pathetic service!!! I will recommend anybody and everybody NOT TO USE THEIR services, if you can call it a service!
