The worst service from Courier Guy

Bought something and had to have it courierd to me then they lost my parcel, gave it to a random person at the wrong address. My name is on the waybill and they gave it to a Rene.. When I phoned them they said that they will sort it out or pay my money back.. They couldn't sort it out and promised to pay me back and this was 2 weeks ago.. I haven't heard anything from them and Courier Guy in Middelburg MP just doesn't answer their phone!!
