The worst service ever

I will not recommend The courier Guy at all. I've booked them to collect a parcel for me but sent me a message that they could not collect because the company is closed,yet it was a lie as the company they had to collect at was open and everone working there was there. Then I booked them again for a different parcel they collected and routed it wrongly to Bloemhof instead of Welkom. Now I book them for a third time and again Jhb branch routed my parcel wrongly to Cape Town instead of Welkom. It seems that employees is only there for a salary and nothing else,and management can't get there employees to do there work accordingly.
