The worst nightmare for a business

Extremely pathetic! Booked my parcel in at 08:00 Tuesday morning to Krugersdorp (vua Pudo), it was only scanned at 18:00 at night as "In Transit:" and remains as such, it's Friday 17;00 now. I have a small business, a client pays, I pay but they don't have a care. They told me now it will be there on Wednesday. 8 days (actually 9) because of 1 day just sitting with them to be delivered? It does show they're open on weekends. That's 9 days to be delivered!!!!!
