THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A BUSINESS - OF ALL TIME!

This is the worst experience with any company I've ever had - even Telkom is better!

I struggled for 53 minutes to get hold on the Bloemfontein Branch with no success. I've phoned the Johannesburg Branch, they gave me 5 different numbers to phone - only one was answered, and that was from the Welkom Branch. The 3rd time I phoned the Johannesburg Branch they kept me holding for 11 minutes, the I hanged up...

This is the last time I use The Courier Guy - they are a useless...
