The worst delivery company ever!!!

This is the second time I order online from Makro and it gets dispatched the same day I ordered. Now this Courier Guy picks it up only to keep my parcel with them for days, 2 - 3 days. What they don with my parcels beats me really! Shame this company doesn't know the word "urgent" or "efficient".
