The worst customer service I have EVER experienced

This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of using The Courier Guy - DON'T. They spoilt my whole family's Christmas . The case that my daughter had couriered down from Johannesburg to George got lost and never arrived . The hours she spent on the phone trying to track the case and the absolute poor response she got from the agents depots was appalling to say the least .The Courier Guy's customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced and they should not be business if this is how they operate .
