The worst courier service ever

All the call centres have a bad attitude towards clients, that is if they even answer their phones. Parcels are not being collected on time and then apperantly it's my fault after I gave them a closing time.

Two day later my parcel is still a issue and that's after it was supposed to be over night.

I am very upset with the service and will not recommend this ****pie place to anyone.

To top it off it costs me R6000.00 a day in losses if the parcel is not here. And they wound pay it back to me.
