The worst courier service

I have had a bad experience on 4 occasions with this company. The first time they broke a clients bottle and refused to refund the mismanagement. The second time I was sent food parcels from Johannesburg and again they broke the bottle and refused to take any accountability. The third time the driver never arrived to pick up my parcel in knysna and kept lying that no one was at the shop referred to. This time my parcel has been shipped all over the country and all they say is they will escalate and basically I must just accept when they mess up....it's ridiculous
