The worst courier service

The Courier guy lydenburg is the worst of the worst. My parcel was scheduled for delivery weeks ago, every time I call I get a different excuse, from the bakkie breaking down to 'we don't know why it hasn't been delivered '. What kind of Micky mouse courier service are they running there vele? Matshila fela mahn!!!
