The worst Courier company in the universe

HORRIBLE!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone, my address clearly says Randburg in Gauteng but I’m being told my package was delivered in Durban....how can a company that claims to be professional make such an awful mistake??? Not even a 10yr old can attempt such unprofessional behavior
