The Worst courier company ever

Worst Courier service ever I was called by the driver around 10 am on the 03rd Nov and they driver told me they cant deliver in my area due to it's been a high risk area but I paid R150 for Delivery for me to me meeting the driver half way. Had to give an alternative adress and 3 hours later when I called their office I was told they driver I spoke to they dont deliver in that area so driver had to come back and hand it in to another driver who delivers in that areas and bare in mind these are documents I was suppse to receive on the 31st of October. Worse customer service they dont even know how to solve a problem I was told to wait for a call while I told them after 14h00 they wont be anyone on the alternative adress I gave them ..so why accept the request of delivering if tour company doesnt deliver in my area due to being a high risk area. I could have found another company that can deliver since u guys cant
