The WORST courier company ever!!!

My parcel was picked up on 19 May and it took 11 days to deliver. The staff are ***** and lazy and totally ***********. Anybody would be crazy to use this courier service. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE OUT THERE Be warned not to use this company!!!!!
