The useless, disrespectful, non communicating Courier Guy...

Worst Service Ever. We deal with Solar equipment. Our client saved money for a while to be able to afford this system. When ordering the system we had to arrange for a truck as some items were more than 5 meters long. This was arranged quickly and paid as well on the clients acceptance. When the items arrived at the client by bakkie and trailer, 3 items were damaged beyond repair. We were never informed that our items would be delivered from a different vehicle than the one collecting it. As this was a "special" delivery which could only be done by truck, we assumed that it would also be delivered with a truck. No one from The Courier Guy told us otherwise. Now they claim that the smaller branches do not have trucks and make use of bakkies and trailers. Our items went from PTA to Jhb to Welkom to Kroonstad to the client. Meaning these items were handled 4 times and the risk of damage was 4 times more. Had they told us this before hand, we would have reconsidered and looked for a safer option. On arrival at the client the items were so damaged that it looked like they dropped it several times. The Courier Guy has no respect for paying clients and we will not let this go without a fight. Furthermore they do not even have the decency to reply on emails, calls or WhatsApp massages.
