The useless company of all times

I am disappointed with this company, and I am sure it is a ****. Poor service is at its best, and they don't care for their customers. Drivers are rude and not accountable for their misdirection of parcels, especially at the Eastern London branch. Should you use this company, please be prepared that you will lose your parcel or not be delivered on time.
