The Silent Majority

It honestly disappoints me how only the customers with unfortunate experiences write reviews, leaving a courier as amazing as The Courier Guy's trust index to sink to the ground. I'm 100% sure TCG has hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, who do not feel the need to write reviews, and I was one of them until now.

Now, unlike many of those 1 star reviewers (and those reviews are rightfully, so, I accept), I've dealt with TCG dozens of times, and never experienced any significant issues. No lost or damaged items. No unwarranted delays. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, fast courier service provider. As I've said before, the silent majority of happy customers really should start detailing their experiences, to allow trust index websites like Hellopeter to reflect more accurately.
