The poorest service provided,

Good day, We have made a booking with courier guy to deposit parcel in locker LOCK***0 on Friday when you place a booking with courier guy you normally have 36hrs to deposit parcel. The lady that went to deposit parcel in Sandton Hobart said the place was closed. According to pudo they say when we place the booking for locker we should have received a notification that this area is closed over a weekend, which we did not get, why does the system then allow us to place the booking on Friday if the area is closed of on Saturday and Sunday then the statement for depositing items for 36hrs is not true but false. Spoken to Manager at pod department and lady in Pudo department, not one off them even ask to investigate to see why we did not received the notification, just you should have received the notification and need to rebook locker. I disagree I paid for a service that has not provided. and then the attitude received from both persons is shocking. The service provided is very poor and the feedback from Staff and managers much worse.
