the Overcharge guy team with faulty swad machines

we are using the courierguy as our main courier service for long time, but now they have the worst team, they dont care and respect their customers. they always overcharge because of their faulty and useless swad machines when they do the messurement. before delivery we ask them the messure the parcels not with your faulty swad machines, they telling us we will messure when we receive the parcel at the hub, but they deliver the parcel then they sending email the parcel is already delivered so we cant fix the messurements. note: their swad machines only can do 80 cm messures when the parcel is more than that they must put 2 or more times for full messure. its 100% *****ing.
