The Non Courier Guy

The Courier Guy comes highly recommended, and the first delivery went fine, but by the second time we called them ... just excuses and no action. They are now two days late to collect a parcel, and my customer thinks I'm lying because I'm basing my promises on 'The Courier Guy's' promises. Very disappointing lack of service. I wont recommend them to anyone. I can't see how they won prizes for best courier. One of my suppliers has just cancelled their contract with them and now I understand why!!
