The most pathetic, immoral, ********* company ever - THE COURIER GUY

DONT EVER TRUST THE COURIER GUY!!! Their service, attitude, moral and ethical code is appalling. And this rot seems to run down from head office all the way to branch offices. Same pathetic don't care attitude and unwillingness to resolve problems efficiently.

I ordered goods to be picked up from 2 different companies on the same date at the beginning of FEB. Upon arrival to the local depot to pick up the parcels, i was informed that only one parcel was picked up from one of the companies and the other pick up was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled.

When i called the company in question, they informed me that the goods were indeed picked up and they have no clue why i was told otherwise. Visiting the local depot again made no difference because all they told me was that they have emailed the JHB office and were waiting for a response. A few days later, the same response. When asked why they couldn't call their office in JHB the response was that they were trying but theres no response. How is that even possible??? How can one branch cannot hold of another for a whole week?

Anyway long story short. The goods have not been found so i haven't received my parcel. I was promised that they would get the company in question to replace my parcel at their cost but they soon went back on their word. They then asked me for a million documents so that they could process a refund and i still haven't received that a whole month later.

The only contact i have is an email address and all i get is false promises. What kind of pathetic dead beat company is this! The fault is clearly on their side for losing my parcel but yet i must be the one to keep on chasing them down for money that belongs to me! An absolute shambles!

Don't trust them with your parcels people!!!
