The most horrible delivery service i ever recieved

I recieved an sms stating that my percel has arrived but i havent recieved my percel. I saw guy attempted to call me but my phone has not rang at all my spouse was literally next ro my phone and she said she heard nothing.i called guy back and guy was all rude saying yeah he was here he called he made several attempts to try get hold of me yet it only showsd that he called once he never even bother to hoot or check if anybody around as i was literally busy in my yard working on car and if you look into my drive way you be able to see me working on my vehicle.
