The Most Appalling Courier Company

The most appalling company ever. From the customer call center stall to the managers all of which do not deserve employment. No ethics, no professionalism, no values, no empathy towards customers, non whatsoever. They lost may parcel and I haven't received one call to update me and give feedback. I've had to make numerous call only to be pushed around and made to wait and then transfered and the line goes off. Totally unacceptable! We trust these guys to move out stuff and pay with our hard earned money only to get this kind of rotten service. Will never again use this company. Looking at the reviews it looks like they are a terrible company which needs to shut down immediately.
