The iPhone that I lost on currier guy

I requested the currier guy to come to take the parcel from Cape Town to Eastern Cape but it never arrived to its destination but I got the email saying that it’s been delivered. The parcel was the iPhone XR. I called them wanted to know why does it take too long to get the parcel to its destination but they asked weird questions. Like what is inside the box after revealing that what kind of iPhone they cancelled the call
