The Incompetence of The Courier Guy

A particular branch was supposed to pick up a parcel exactly 2 weeks ago, it still has not been picked up. I paid for an overnight delivery, but they couldn't even manage an overnight pick-up. When you try to contact head office, the agents are transferring you from 1 department to the next, until the line eventually dies. When you try to contact a specific branch, no one answers the call. I will definitely not make use of this service again.
