The horrible useless courier guy!

The worst service you could recieve. Placed an order which was collect on the 22nd of December and has yet to reach me. Best part is they themselves don't know where it is nor do they bother to find it. They just send emails to each other hoping somebody would sort it out however nobody does. They literally spoilt my daughters holidays as this was a gift for her. What was meant to be a simple courier from Cpt to Durban went as follows: Cape Town to George to Port Elizabeth to JHB to Durban. That's what they say. But guess what. The parcel has still not arrived 7 days later. Nobody has called me once or emailed me. I have to wake up each day and ask them what's going on. Really a bunch of useless individuals.
