The highs and lows of a shipment at the courier guy

I am a university student who had to send a parcel urgently to my campus. I paid extra for the same day delivery as it was necessary that the documents be delivered on time. It is a far distance so the total ended being about R900 which is the most expensive I have ever paid for a standard flyer.Two days ago I made the shipment, the drivers came to pick up my parcel at about 11am the next day, I received no update but at 5pm the parcel had still been at the depot. The today there was a lot of communication with the support center as there were troubles with completing the delivery by no fault of the workers, it turns out I had made a mistake on the shipment order. The support team were very nice and patient and after ending up on the phone with a team member I was able to resolve the issue. My parcel is now supposed to be delivered first thing tomorrow morning. I am dissapointed that I paid for same day delivery and did not receive tha service but I am very thankfull of the awesome support team!
