The drivers and their operational manager are so not professional

Two times I did booking online and i had an issue with the driver, the first time the driver came and saw my package and said it is to heavy he is going to look for help and he never came back until the following day , they collected after i called the Office countless times.

Yesterday I did another online booking and my waybil number is J7PDNB and they never collected, instead the driver put a note on the system t knock off time and **** that the parcel was not ready yet he didn't even come to collect. I called them today and spoke to the operational Manager Shawn who promised me that my package will be collected before EOB today and he will hold the driver accountable..and he did nothing because it's been 2 days now and my parcel is not yet collected and I promised my client that this package was gonna be delivered today..

There is no accountability in this company.
