The delivery person keeps leaving my parcels at reception without first informing me

The delivery person keeps leaving my parcels at reception without first informing me. This is really negligent and I am not happy as this keeps repeating. What happens if I am not at work? Will Courier Guy replace lost parcels if it happens to land on wrong hands?
