The currier guy cannot deliver...

I ordered gel on the 14th of Desember, they told me aftert 2 public Hollidays they will deliver, after that still received no phone call or email but apparently I was closed until the 7th of January... I was at home the whole time so that I can recive it. The lady I ordered the gel from was so kind to help me trace the gel and even she had no kind words for them. The lady has a policy of 3 days that it takes to deliver and the currier guy she uses is taking over a month now. It is absurd to have to wait so long for something that was supposed to take 3 days. They would have delivered today and still nothing. I cant understand why on earth it takes a place to deliver so long to deliver I even sent a pin drop!!! And still nothing.
