The Courier that DOESN'T deliver #thecourierguy

The Courier Guy Westrand picked up my order from my supplier in Midrand, and promptly lost / stole my products. The product was never scanned out of their warehouse. After a week of non delivery, they phoned my supplier to ask what they sent us.... how ridiculous. they need proceeded to deliver someone else's old product to me - not my product at all.... it has been 2 months now, I have had to replace my clients order (at my cost) and The Courier Guy Westrand don't even bother to sort this out. I have had promises of refunds that never materialised. I ask for a manager to phone me, that doesn't even happen. How is this business still in existence......
