The Courier ****** Goods Guys
What a waste of time: It is exactly 18 days since I complained to the Management of The Courier Guy and no solutions appeared. They "LOST" 4 medium sized Jackets/Hoodies While the parcels were in their care. They damaged the box, Taped it together with their tape and tried to blame the Receiver (130 Scholars) and then the Sender (The manufacturer) Cenei Bekker (Kiosk Regional Manager) took over from Charmaine Dafel (Online Accouns) who managed to achieve even Less than the forementioned. The Handlers named so far are Neil in Johanmesburg, Gerhardus in Polokwane, AJ in Tzaneen and Graylon & Sune in Phalaborwa. I would like to make it known that this company can not be trusted with your parcels. They will run around the block with blaming everyone else but themselves for as long as they can. Make the better choice now and get a better company.
