The Courier Lie!!!

we made arrangements with The Courier Guy for my passport to be collected at the Austrian Embassy this morning at 9am because I am flying out of the country on Tuesday from Cape Town. a guy called Sydney called me this morning and told me that his driver was at the Embassy to collect my passport but he needed a copy of my ID which I emailed to him immediately and copied in the contact at the embassy. I was contacted by the embassy just before 12 to tell me that my passport had still not been collected, it turns out that the driver was never at the embassy, now Sydney tells me that the embassy will only let the driver in at 13h00 which is a blatant lie because I have spoken to the embassy and the contact person has been waiting for the driver all morning. they also **** about going to the embassy this morning because the contact person at the embassy confirmed that nobody had been there and asked for her because she has notified reception that she is waiting for the driver.

They charged me R650 for this **** service!!!!!! I would advise anybody who needs a parcel delivered to rather use any other service but The Courier Guy!
