The Courier Horrors

To be completely fair, this company doesn’t even deserve that 1 star. But there wasn’t an option to provide 0.

Despite being available for the delivery all day, the driver simply stated that nobody was available, but made no call to the customer. A complaint was logged the next day, and a response only came after the customer took the initiative to call in as well. Thereafter, no communication occurred unless the customer followed up. Eventually, a driver contacted the customer and proceeded to ask for the address, despite the company already having the address as provided by the company. Thereafter, it turned out at the company’s driver was no where near to the customer’s address.

What a pathetic response from the company and a terrible experience all around. The customer is also still without the parcel. Absolutely shocking service.
