The Courier Guy...worst courier ever.

This company is so *********** and they employ staff who do not understand the basic principals of accounting.

We have a parcel in Mafikeng that needs to be returned. We asked them for an invoice so that we may pay, we supp**** the Comp details etc. They refuse to put our company details on as the "Invoice to" client, it is rather The Courier Guy billing The Courier Guy Mafikeng. What the hell, they expect us to pay the invoice but refuse to put our details on the invoice.

You cant get hold of their accounts department, they will keep you on hold for ages and then just cut you off.

I guess the courier guy prefers to spend tons of cash on pretty ad's and nothing on actual service.
