"The Courier Guy...we would love to delay your package"

I would like to express my unsatisfaction with the poor service from "The Courier Guy".

I recently deposited and paid for a parcel to be delivered to a client using the app, only to find that the deposit is still pending...4 days later.

I have spoken to 3 different consultants over two days, which they have all told me that they will escalate the problem with the Operations Manager and return my call.

Its approaching Day 5 and the parcel is still not collected and I'm still waiting for their call...
