The Courier guys - Worst company to use.

My order has been created on the 10th of December. Collected by The Courier guys on the 13th in transit on the since then. On the 15th I received a message saying they will be delivering today. Never pitched but driver claims there was NOBODY home? My front door open and staying home as not to miss my delivery - from where I am I have a perfect view of my gate. They never phoned never delivered not the truth if you state that you have tried. I have a "time limit" on this delivery. Once again got a message saying we are delivering today 16th. Nothing yet at 12h00, contact the company, they do not answer phones so 6 mails later they told me MAYBE between the 17th and the 19th? 10 days for a delivery receiving a message 2 days that parcel is out for delivery. Previous time you dropped my parcel and goods were broken and damaged. Are these guys walking all the way, 10 days I could have used regular post? Never again.
