The Courier Guys vanished with my foldup table

Since 28 January, 2026 ,my foldup table that I bought at Makro is still in their possession. On 28 January, the driver contacted me to say he is in front of my gate. I said that I am not home as I did not receive any prior notification. He said ok he will deliver at around 10.30 on Thursday 29. He was st wrong address as Makro did not give them correct address. That fault was Makro. I gave him correct address and said he will be by me 15.30 same day.5 days later I am still waiting for my foldup table and I need it for my business. 2 February they phone me to say I will receive it between 2 and 5 that same day after 5 days of waiting. They never rocked up and still do not have my table. It's not just the table, it's the time I am stuck at home waiting for it. Really? They apologise this morning but then still do not deliver. There are bad courier companies bad but The Courier Guys are the worst I have experienced.
