The Courier Guy's Terrible service

I had a incident last week , 12th April 2021 , with courier guy . I usually use their XOC department, due to it be convenient. I shipped off a very valuable item . It's the 20th yeah! And issue occurred where The Courier Guy has misplaced my item due to their negligence which they utterly refuse to accept . I've been calling their office several times. Sending emails . I have to personally call them. Who's going to compensate me for my airtime wasted? . It's really terrible. Nothing has been resolved by the way . Please guys , don't use Courier Guy , you'll have endless problems. Thanks
