the courier guy's nightmare with Miss KITTY in the payments department

The Courier guy is one run by one of the worst staff member, They have a Staff member there KITTY in payments. She has no care about the courier guy's loyal customers that are working with The courier guy for over years. We always receive good service from Charmaine our account manager. But Miss Kitty who claims to be working there for over 2 years has no etiquettes to cater for clients needs. Regards D Ahmed
